1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hoki69, an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of casino games, sports betting, video slots, and other digital entertainment products to users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you as the user and hoki69 as the service provider.

By registering an account at hoki69, logging into the platform, or using any part of our services — whether via website, mobile app, or any other channel provided by hoki69 — you expressly and clearly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the hoki69 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of hoki69, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Not appearing on the list of individuals who have self-excluded from the hoki69 platform or any related gambling exclusion programme.
• Opening an account solely on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other individual, company, or legal entity.
• Never having been found guilty of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial criminal activity by any competent tribunal or court.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Hoki69 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend an account while verification is in progress. Accounts proven to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any balance in such accounts will be forfeited.

3Registration, KYC & Identity Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity document, date of birth, valid mobile number, and active email address.

Hoki69 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our compliance obligations. During this process, you may be required to upload:

• Copy of valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Bank statement or e-wallet screenshot for payment method verification purposes
• Selfie with identity document if requested by our security team

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) account at hoki69. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited without compensation. hoki69 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

4Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Hoki69 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, bank transfers via FPX, and selected e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20.
• There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though premium limits may apply depending on your VIP membership level.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation from your financial institution.
• Hoki69 does not accept payments from third parties. Funds must originate solely from an account held in the name of the registered member.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes once the request has been approved by our finance team.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. No withdrawals to third-party accounts are permitted.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification before processing.
• Hoki69 does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your financial institution's transaction limits may apply.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Hoki69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty program rewards. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions us.

General wagering (rollover) requirements applicable to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x total bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The reload deposit bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 8x total bonus amount.
• The period to fulfil the wagering requirement is 14 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your account.
• Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Wagering on certain games such as table games may contribute a different percentage towards rollover requirements. Full details are stated in the respective promotional terms.

Hoki69 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus or winnings obtained through means considered to be system abuse, bonus arbitrage, or any activity contrary to the spirit of the promotions offered.

6Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the hoki69 platform use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have received independent certification from recognised third-party audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including hoki69 itself.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse promotions (collusion).
• Exploiting any technical bugs, software errors, or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geo-restrictions.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.

Should hoki69 find evidence that any of the above activities have occurred, the account in question will be suspended immediately, any associated wins will be voided, and hoki69 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

7Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Hoki69 recommends that you:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact the hoki69 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Hoki69 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8Responsible Gaming

Hoki69 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit — Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a 24-hour, weekly, or monthly period.
• Loss Limit — Limit the total net loss within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limit — Set a maximum duration for your playing time in a single session.
• Cool-off Period — Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Option to fully self-exclude from the platform for 6 months, one year, or permanently.

9Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspicious activity has been detected, including attempted fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation.
• Member found to have self-excluded from the platform but attempted to register a new account.
• Upon instruction from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the hoki69 support team. Prior to closure, any valid fund balance (after meeting the relevant rollover requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

10Liability Limit

Hoki69 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Hoki69 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Failures or delays caused by third-party infrastructure such as banks, e-wallet providers, or internet service providers.

Hoki69's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Changes to Terms and Conditions

Hoki69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notices or registered email.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise between you and hoki69 regarding use of the platform or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through voluntary negotiation within 30 days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official language governing these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
